Shipping within the UK

We offer free standard shipping on every UK order, with no minimum spend. Your shoes are carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse within one business day.

Order before 2pm (GMT), Monday to Friday, and your order will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.

International shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with full tracking. Here's how to stay updated:

  • Confirmation email — You'll receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase with your order number.
  • Dispatch notification — Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send a second email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.
  • Track online — Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or visit your carrier's website directly with your tracking number.
  • Need help? — If your tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our team with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

Checking your order status

To check the status of your order at any time:

  • Find your order confirmation email — this contains your order number (beginning with #NV).
  • Click the tracking link in your dispatch email to see real-time delivery updates.
  • Alternatively, get in touch with your order number and we'll provide a full status update within one business day.

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
